- Design for having this system from 7.7 to new Siebel release

- Recommendation around components to activate/de-activate

- Backup strategy is to define

- Performance improvement suggestions

- Component use strategy

- Document the current system and prepare a knowledge transfer document

- Make suggestions on how to develop the today' system to get better performance and more reliable system.

- Make suggestion on how to manage and how many servers are required for proper executions of tasks.

- Interfaces - functional details and business purpose (including with Avaya interaction center)

- Customizations

- End-End functional flow of theSales & CallCenterapplication which may include the Siebel business entities & their association like the below given topics

- Status reporting

Requirements:

- Strong Siebel experience (integration, deployment)- Minimum 2 years

- Attachment/ eDoc server component integration

- Excellent English communication skill

- BSC or MSC degree
