Siebel Process Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Work across all releases supporting the training team leads with technical training in particular
• Conducting audit/quality checks of all the global material.
• Providing technical expertise (Siebel and ideally service centre technology) to training teams.
• Liaise with the process team to ensure that training material is accurately updated with change requests in line with the quarterly code drops.
• Facilitate the training of trainers and end users.
• Write and deliver Siebel training material.
• Assist with writing and delivery of other Service Centre Technology training.
• Coach superusers and trainers in the uptake of the training material.

Requirements:

• Fluent English – a second European Language desirable
• At least 3 years Siebel experience in a training environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint    
• Must have strong knowledge and experience of Siebel design
• Knowledge of Service Centre processes
