SERVICE & PROJECT MANAGER
(for Vodafone Global Enterprise)
Role purpose
- Manage and lead the customer service relationship for a number of multi-national customer accounts end to end (entire chain for allocated active customers),
- enhancing the customer’s experience of Vodafone and increasing loyalty to our business.
Responsibilities
- Central and key contact point for the customer owning the end to end relation
- Initiate and lead regular service review meetings with the customer on senior management level
- Initiate and drive solution recommendation which bring benefit to customer (global and national solutions, etc
- Support and consult Pricing&Bid Team in major bids where appropriate on service affects, pointing those teams to our standards
- Assure that service concepts are feasible and applicable – all risks understood and accepted
- Assure service concept implementation
- Accountable for a smooth provisioning of all our products and services towards the customer
- Manage relationship to the customer on senior management level
- Pro-active sharing of positive as negative information with the relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- College/University degree
- Deep experience in project delivery and IT services operation
- Being customer centric and solution oriented
- Team player and ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
- Project Management skills (Prince2 & ITIL methodology)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English is a must (German is a plus)
