Service desk analyst
Our Client, one of the world’s leading telecommunications company’s developing Shared Service Centre is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the role of Service desk analyst. Feladatok:
- Processing tickets and orders - Answering calls and e-mails - Providing Level 1 support and first-time fix and level 2 support on certain systems or solutions Elvárások:
- Experience in a customer facing support function(preferably IT) in a multinational environment - Fluency in English AND German is essential - Willingness to work in shifts - Familiarity with Remedy is an advantage Amit kínálunk:
