We are seeking for

Service Desk Agent

for our multinational partner

Main tasks:

• Receiving end user calls of IT users from international Bank
• Analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
• Accepts and supports Software and Hardware orders
• Take care of IT telephony problems and IT infrastructure for internal customers
• Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
• Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
• Incident resolution and recovery
• Gives advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations
• College degree or middle level education
• Willing to work in 24x7 environment
• Basic understanding of Computers and Trouble shooting skills required
• Interested in IT skills
• A good command of languages (German + English), written and spoken
• Customer Service/ Service Desk/ Desktop Support experience is big advantage
• Open minded, customer orientated, communicative and works well within a team
