We are seeking for
Service Desk Agent
for our multinational partner
Main tasks:
- Receiving end user calls of IT users from international Bank
- Analyses requests and problems and develops solution suggestions
- Accepts and supports Software and Hardware orders
- Take care of IT telephony problems and IT infrastructure for internal customers
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Gives advice in order to achieve an efficient IT operation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations
- College degree or middle level education
- Willing to work in 24x7 environment
- Basic understanding of Computers and Trouble shooting skills required
- Interested in IT skills
- A good command of languages (German + English), written and spoken
- Customer Service/ Service Desk/ Desktop Support experience is big advantage
- Open minded, customer orientated, communicative and works well within a team
