Senior Oracle Specialist

Our partner is a global service provider, delivering communication services and solutions to business customers with multi-site organisations. Currently they are looking for a Senior Oracle Specialist.

Feladatok:

-Propose and deploy (including design, documentation, leading) improvements, adjustments such as existing processes, functionalities
-Look after the testing, migration
-Design new processes, develop new functions. Take care of them from the designing until training and post go-live support
-Register the bigger issues
-Root cause analysis of major data and functionality issues
-Functionality BUG resolution, ORACLE patching
-Report development
-React on and solve the daily ERP problems –such as daily data discrepancies, cleansing, data fixes; functionality usage support; reporting help
- Hold trainings, ad-hoc help to the users on functionalities, processes
-Special focus on PA module closing and INV module closing (AX)
-Support businesses and local Accounting teams during the period of end closing of finance modules
-Learn and later support other main systems like reporting tools

Elvárások:

-Fluency in English is a MUST
-College or University degree (IT / finance / economics)
-Some background on software engineering / deployment of software
-Basic finance / accounting knowledge
-French language knowledge is an advantage
-Development (or support) working experience with ORACLE (11i is preferred).
- 4-5 years support or system (process) improvement work
-Focused in one of the following areas: Project Costing, Billing; Order Management, Shipping; INV, PO
- Good understanding of Finance modules (AR, AP, GL a little bit of FA)
-Understanding of the relational databases, data models
-OLAP logic based reporting capabilities
-Good knowledge of front-end systems and financial processes, specifically P2P and O2C
