Our multinational client is looking for a new Senior IT Engineer for their IT Support Team.
-Document, plan, design, implement, support, maintain, and monitor aspects of an enterprise Microsoft and Linux based environment.
-Develop and maintain an expert working knowledge of existing and new systems and applications.
-Investigate, implement and document new technologies, tools and methodologies to improve system stability and reliability, and advance systems administration procedures across all teams.
-Manage support cases with Support Team or 3rd parties, receive and resolve timely systems related issues reported by the company’s users
-Management of IT resources according to defined security policies and procedures
-Management of network utilization and availability
-Windows servers (possibly 2012)
-Active Directory management
-Experience with thin client and virtual environment (VMWare)
-System communication: DHCP, DNS, Routing
-Large data storages
-Min 5-year experience in support position (international company background is an advantage)
-Really strong command of English written and spoken
-Very good interpersonal skills
-Successfully completed projects record
-Very good technical knowledge as detailed above
