Senior Credit Controller

Location:
Budapest

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the ad sales debtors ledger and collection of outstanding revenue
• Initiate contact with clients by telephone/e-mail
• Building good working relationships with the ad sales clients in order to prompt successful cash flow.
• Monitor the process of disputes raised by clients, liaising with relevant sales representatives.
• Refer and follow up on all litigation issues, ensuring that the relevant division/representative is kept informed of any progress.
• Adhere to the firm's standard of credit control relations.
• Participate in planning and implementation, improvement and automation of credit control function.
• Providing cover for the manager if as necessary.
• Providing full credit checks on prospective new ad sales clients.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English plus one of the following languages:
  • German / Spanish / Italian / French
• 2-3 years experience in credit control functions
• Advanced level of Excel knowledge
• University or college degree
• Analytical thinking, good communication skills
