SENIOR ANALYST

is looking for a

SENIOR ANALYST

for its Customer Value Management Team.

ROLE PURPOSE:
Initiates customer insight based disciplined commercial  value increasing and retention activities, monitors base performance with KPIs,  reports CVM (Customer Value Management) profit centers  PnL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Participate in preparing new campaigns for customers:
o    Contribute campaign development with establishing necessary supporting materials like business cases, ROI-s, possible scenarios.
o    Support campaign execution with specific target groups campaign offers, expected results Evaluate campaign performance against commercial and financial targets.
•    Generate ideas for targeted base activities in line with segment and lifecycle strategies.
•    Monitor and evaluate base performance: Generate and monitor detailed KPI’s, analyse reasons and prepare forecasts Maintain and develop Base P&L to present results of base activities.
•    Work with other team members to find innovative and new ways of customer value management

REQUIREMENTS:
•    College/University degree
•    2-3 years experience in analysis, preferably in marketing analysis
•    Experience in telecommunications industry is an advantage
•    Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint), Knowledge of a data warehouse analytical tool  is an advantage (Clementine, Business Objects,  SQL)
•    Excellent English knowledge (oral and written)
•    Innovative, analytical thinking
•    Understanding of customer behaviours and motivation as well as understand market and business changes and its effects on CVM KPIs
•    Result driven, multitasking and stress resistant personality with open and positive attitude
