SAP Lifecycle Manager

Location:
Budapest (with occasional travel to Belgium and Russia)

Responsibilities:

• Define metrics, consolidate reporting and follow up actions
• Liaise with outsourcing customers and 3rd-party vendors and service providers to ensure that SLAs are met 
• Supply necessary input to Managers and Peers in case of contarct changes
• Support changes in SLAs
• Guarantee overall Service Delivery Performance from Application Support providers acording to the agreed SLAs
• Follow-up RCA, application documentation and user training processes
• Monitor and report status and benchmarking of key cost factors and KPIs

Requirements:

• University degree or equal by experience, combining IT and Business knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Russian, Dutch or French knowledge is a plus
• Strong negotiating, influencing and persuasion skills
• Presentation skills
• ITIL-related experinces or certification is a plus
• Understanding of SAP modules and technology
• Basic knowledge of SAP APO and Supply Planning business processes
