• Maintenance of personnel data
• Monitoring SAP HR interfaces
• Checking data integration
• Daily proactive reporting to prevent errors
• Testing new functionality in the SAP environment (SAP HRSP and upgrade testing processes)
• Create and run reports according to payroll calendar
• Ad-hoc reporting to clients and internal teams
• Train and provide general support in SAP for internal teams
• Keeping contact with level 3 support for Change Request cost estimation and access management
• Mass upload of personal data

Elvárás

• Bsc or Msc Degee
• Experience in SAP HR module- SAP HCM knowledge is desired
• Fluency in English
• Technically-minded, ability to analyse and research problems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Master Degee in IT
• French and/or German basic knowledge
