Dow AgroSciences is seeking to hire a dynamic, talented and experienced sales representatives for our growing Agrochemical business in Hungary for the following local business regions:

• I) Győr-Sopron, Vas, Zala
• II) Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen, Szabolcs-Szatmar, Hajdu-Bihar
• III) Fejer, Komarom, Veszprem

Your Mission:

Under the supervision of the Country Manager you are responsible for the development of sales in your territory.

Your Responsibilities:

• To have full sales and technical service responsibility for clients & territory. Set objectives, develop and implement action plans for territory
• To visit farms regularly, local distribution, plant protection stations, etc., conduct farmer meetings, organize and follow up on demo trials and give technical advice for correct and optimal use of DAS products in order to generate demand and sales
• To initiate and implement promotional actions (symposia, round tables, exhibitions, deliver samples, direct mailings, etc.) for territory
• To analyze market situations, define and communicate market trends and present market opportunities
• To report on a regular basis on business and technical situation, product performance, complaints, competition, etc

Your Profile:

• University degree in Agronomy
• In addition to show interest for technical support, and sales and customer relations you have the capacity to work in team
• You are autonomous and show initiative, have strong self motivation and creativity
• Flexibility and dynamism are essential skills to join our company offering important and interesting career opportunities
