Sales Manager - Pharmacutical Industry [ST-HBPSM02]
Our clientOur client is a biopharmaceutical company specialized in the development, production and distribution. They are looning for a talented individual for Sales Manager position.
Tasks- Participation in elaboration of the annual sales budget of the Company.
- Keeping contact with the business partners of the Company.
- Participation on domestic tenders
- Keep strong relation with Health centers/hospitals
- Manage the Sales team
- Active involvement and co-coordinator role in setting the annual sales budget of the Company in co-operation with the operations director and the domestic sales manager.
- Participation in selecting the domestic partners of the Company, in co-operation with his superior and/or with the staff member of the Company designated by him.
- Issuing price and delivery offers in co-operation with the operations director and QA director on the basis of the approval by his superior and/or the staff member of the Company designated by him.
- Participation in preparing annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly packaging plans under the direction of the operations director and in co-operation with the QA director.
- Keeping contact with the production plant and the packaging unit, follow-up of the packaging plans and packaging orders.
- Setting the weekly delivery and monthly plans and managing the fulfilment thereof.
Requirements- University degree (preferably medical or pharmacist)
- At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 5 years of experience in the domestic trade
- Extensive experience in all aspects of sales
- Fluency in English
- Driving Licence
- Computer knowledge at user level
- Strong understanding of customer requirements
- Good management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization skills
