A global business with a demonstrable record of sustained expansion and highly profitable growth, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced Operations Manager to join their UK business as they continue their journey to achieve operational excellence and sustain market dominance.
Reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a highly skilled and dedicated operations team, you will be responsible for establishing key regional objectives to maximise operational efficiency and productivity, while realising and exceeding financial objectives .With full responsibility of the business plan, a P/L of circa £10million and over 120 employees, key tasks will include: develop and grow customers in the region, assess and further develop your team, introduce best practice, and deliver a programme of organisational and cultural change.
Ideally with a strong operational background, you will be an experienced and charismatic General Manager/business leader with experience of growing a customer focused service provider, where your ability to motivate operational teams to deliver exceptional levels of service has led to considerable commercial success. You will have a proven track record of delivering results with full P&L responsibility. Personal credibility and a flair for communication are essential.
