Our client

Our client is a successful Foundation in shaping public policies that assure greater fairness in political, legal, and economic systems in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.


- Serve as the first point of contact for applicants keeping them abreast on the status of their candidacy
- Facilitate a high volume of interviews for the Budapest office and provide coordinating/scheduling support to all core offices
- Maintain calendars, arranges travel and meeting logistics, responds to recruitment related inquiries, drafts employment letters, conducts reference checks and other tasks/projects as requested
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards, websites, relevant listservs and colleges/universities; communicating through professional and Internet/social networks and other tools
- Act as a liaison with staffing agencies
- Partner with the Talent Development team to ensure a first-rate onboarding process
- Prepare informational materials and represents the company at job fairs and recruiting events
- Handle expense reporting, invoice payments and processes reimbursements for candidates/employees using Concur/NetSuite


- University/college degree preferably in HR
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of HR or administration (preferably in recruitment) at a complex organization
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Hungarian language skills
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and the proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds within a complex organization
- Experience with software tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems
- Very strong communications, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to use social media and navigate internets/web
- Demonstrated proactive attitude and attention to detail


- Experience in a recruitment related administrative role
- Experience screening/interviewing candidates
- Experience making administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive and confidential issues
- Experience with handling financial matters such as invoicing, expense reporting and contracts
