We are looking for a dedicated professional for the position of

QUALITY MANAGER

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure our products are manufactured to the company's quality standards, specifications and according to the national technical standards
• Contribute to achieving manufacturing objectives as member of the plant management team
• Supervise and manage the quality assurance to ensure QC inspections and QA audits are done
• Supervise and manage the paint shop team to ensure paint production
• Carry out investigations of quality complaints, analyze non-conformances and make recommendations for improvements
• Liaise with production manager  and provide quality training for production staff
• Promote quality awareness and continuous quality improvement
• Ensure ISO certification is maintained

Requirements:

• Technical degree (BSc, MSc)
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in quality field of manufacturing in a multinational environment
• Proven leadership competencies
• Knowledge of and experience in Lean Manufacturing
• User level computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
• Communication level (written, verbal) English knowledge
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
