Quality Manager

Multinational automotive manufacturing company is looking for new a employee for the following position: Quality Manager.

Feladatok:

- Define and prioritize corporate quality goals and objectives and manage projects to meet corporate goals and customer deadlines
- Manage the quality team to achieve optimal performance and monthly measureable goals
- Participate in the creation and drive the execution of quality initiatives and the annual capital plan for the facility
- Communicate with the sales, APQP, engineering, and customer service staff regarding new business launches, product engineering changes, and customer visits
- Be a contributing team member for the APQP process, specifically driving business unit responsibilities
- Drive the corrective action process, including creating action plans and ensuring effective resolution to all quality issues and timely responses to customers
- Define and prioritize necessary TS goals and objectives and monitor all areas for TS16949 conformance
- Manage all internal and external audits and follow ups, including scheduling audits, corrective actions, appeals, and questions

Elvárások:

- Degree in Engineering field
- 3-7 years relevant experience in production environment (preferably automotive)
- Leadership experience
- Fluency in English
