Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead of moulding quality department
• Manage PPM levels according to global targets
• Maintain continuous improvement activities, special focus on customer claims
• Build up self directive team supporting future growth
• Set up mid-long term future quality strategy

Requirements:

• Degree of Engineering (preferred field: mechanical engineering)
• Leadership experience - at least 1 year
• Operational experience at least 3 years (advantage: automotive)
• Knowledge of Quality Management System and 6Sigma
• Fluent English at business level
