Tasks

- Quality management of customer projects
- Project quality planning in compliance with customer and internal requirements
- Executing, tracking of QM activities within the customer projects
- Monitoring, reporting quality indicators and risks via metrics
- Conducting release audits at the different quality gates of the development
- Approving or rejecting the release
- Supporting external quality audits/assessments
- Leading process improvements

Requirements

- MSc in Electrical Engineering or Informatics
- Experience in software development, project management
- Fluent English is required,
- Quality oriented mindset and interdisciplinary thinking
- Ability to keep deadlines, leadership skills
- Social competency, flexibility and ability to work in a team

Vantage

- German language knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 15504 (SPICE) or CMMI
- Automotive experience
