Leads larger and more business-critical (category C - € 1 M) projects Is responsible for observing the deadlines and the quality of the result Occasionally may have budget responsibility May lead a few complex projects at the same time In case of software development projects: if necessary, assesses customer needs and prepares specifications for the development team
3-5 year professional experience in service desk environment Basic level of scientific/specialized knowledge (high level education with no or little experience, or a lot of experience + professional courses) Fluency in German and at least intermediate level of English Knowledge of the practical application of specialized (generally non-theoretical) methods, techniques and processes is required Knowledge may be acquired through part professional qualification or by 'on the job' experience Personal requiremens: Team player attitude Ability to drive changes
