PROJECT MANAGER - BUSINESS CHANGE

Salary - circa £30k + up to 10% annual bonus

Base location - Coventry + travel within the Severn Trent Water region (midlands)

We are currently recruiting for PROJECT MANAGER (BUSINESS CHANGE - benefits realisation, efficient and procurement) to successfully manage and deliver a number of projects on behalf of Water Production within Severn Trent Water. This role will elicit key business requirements and articulate the scope to support the communication of objectives for change.



The PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for:
* Identifying, managing and resolving risks, issues and dependencies.
* Ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
* Ensuring the business benefits are realised and sustained
* Developing business change plans and integrating them with wider organisational initiatives.
* Implementing project reporting in line with Water Production standards.
* Monitor overall progress and initiate corrective action as appropriate, to ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality criteria.
* Implementing the Governance model for the project with rigour and adherence to process that can withstand any level of scrutiny, whilst ensuring accountability and responsibility are formally agreed and recognised.
* Successful delivery of projects to scope, time, cost and quality which deliver new capability and realise the forecast business benefits.
* Documenting audit trail of best practise project management in line with Prince2/MSP and aligned with PMO governance.
* Managing third party contributions to the project.
* Reporting progress of the project to the project board at regular intervals, and the Business Improvement Manger.






The PROJECT MANAGER will have proven experience of:

Essential:
* Delivering complex business change (benefits realisation, efficiencies and procurement) focused projects with budgets up to £1m.
* End-to-end full project management lifecycle.
* Project Management related qualification i.e. Prince 2, MSP or AMP.
* Knowledge and proven delivery of projects via industry leading standards and methods.


Desirable:
* Degree in business related subject or a Diploma in Management or an equivalent




Additional Information:

Full driving license and own car required for this role.
