Background of the position:
- Manage projects for GSCO in respect of planning and functional needs
- Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, specification and within budget
- Contribute actively to process improvement & harmonization
- Preparing various Operational Review packages and organizing the reviews for Order to Cash Organization
- Serve as a main contact point with teams in charge of any OTC project and new reports creation
- Responsible for the timely production of reports as specified by the management
- Understand reporting needs of all lines of business and design reports that provide stakeholders with accurate measurements of their business drivers
Responsibilities:
- Understand reporting needs of all lines of business and design reports that provide stakeholders with accurate measurements of their business drivers
- Actively understand/analyze Country and Customer requirements
- Actively provide support to initiatives impacting OTC Operations
- Business analysis on projects, including gathering client and user requirements and defining functional requirements
- Stakeholder in process improvements projects across the business
- Prepare the monthly metrics package of OTC team for the scorecard review
- Responsible for designing and continuously improving EMEA OTC metrics
- Organizing the monthly OTC review, back-up on GSCO Operational review
- Support all GSCO Organization metrics owners in the metric preparation
- Provide general BI training for new comers within GSCO organization
- Prepare/review ISO documentations onSAPprocesses and support corrective actions if needed
- Provide Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting as required by the Business
- Develop and publish recommendations from results of data analysis
- Ensure the integrity of all report data supplied to the Business
- Gather and compile data, perform data verification
- Manage analytical and reporting projects
Requirements:
- English Advanced Working proficiency level, written English and phone conversation
- University Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration, would be a plus
- Experience in supply chain, project or reporting environment
- SAP experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Drive change management
- Strong Presentation skills
- Pro-activity & autonomy
- Well organized – Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Customer oriented
- Rigorous in data management
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
