Our client is a large, international service providing company that has recently launched several large-scale projects. We are looking for a new team member for the following position: Procurement process expert
Develops the adequate and efficient process descriptions and guidelines for the
implementation of E-procurement.
Oversees and manage the requisition to pay process from procurement point of view during
Oversees and drives the process for linking the E-procurement modules with the relevant SAP
counterparts. Develops adequate reporting frames, and key performance indicators to
monitor the requisition to pay process and lead times.
Participates in the revision of current internal procedures and policies according to the
Oversees, and manages high visibility/high risk tenders, and contracting procedures.
Acts as a focal point, educates and supports the procurement staff and key stakeholders on
these systems, provides best practice procurement expertise.
Consults on process development opportunities
Demonstrative experience in SAP usage and reporting with preferable focal point experience
Minimum 4 years of procurement experience
Confident use of e-procurement tools
Excellent organization, communication, cooperation and influencing skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Dealing with several tasks at the same time, being able to handle stress
Good knowledge of MS Office
Open and emphatic personality
Result oriented attitude
Good level of spoken and written English language skills
B level driving license
