- owning and resolving customer escalations
- conducting problem investigation following service restoration
- making sure that all assets dedicated to problem management is used to its fullest potential
- accountability for problem escalations executed to any level of management
- providing problem updates to the customer in both written and verbal form,
- providing regular weekly and monthly reporting on open and on-going problems and their current status
- outlining strategies in order to provide the appropriate remedial actions
- Fluent English knowledge
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position from SSC (Service Desk) environment
- experience in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and managing service improvement programmes for major customers
- High level network management and ITIL awareness
- The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- identify the work required and organise, facilitate and / or perform the work with only minimal guidance from senior operations management
