Pricing Team Leader

A dynamicaly growing Shared Service Centre in Budapest would like to invite professionals with related experience to apply for Pricing Team Lead position to lead the team developing prices for sales proposals.

Feladatok:

- Manage the team's bid pricing and pre sales commercial activities
- Lead the commercial pricing decision making across multi-products and services. Act as an escalation point for lower complexity bids.
- Ensure customer needs are addressed as well as key financial requirements.
- Supervise and continously improve pricing process and the efficiency of the team
- Lead, guide and develop team members

Elvárások:

- 4+ years experience developing compelling commercial & pricing propositions including customer facing negotiation
- People management experience
- Quantitative first degree or postgraduate business qualification (typically finance, Maths)
- Fluency in English any other language is an advantage
- Clear understanding of strategic sales and pricing management
- Strong communicational and negotiation skills
