Pozíció leírása / Job description

Our prestigious, globally known multinational client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the work of the General Manager.


Feladatok:

The Personal Assistant's job would include:

- providing administrative support for the General Manager (GM) and top level managers
- cooperating with several departments, such as the Financial Department
- making travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodation for the GM, handling the expenses report
- managing the General Manager's calendar
- interacting with executives, clients and staff on local and regional level on a daily basis
- organizing internal and external meetings, professional events and team buildings
- running a highly effective regular administration of invoices, purchase orders
- providing support to the General Manager in personal requests

Elvárások:

- higher educational degree
- fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- 1-3 years of professional experience gained as an executive/personal assistant
- confident use of MS office applications
- outstanding communication skills
- supporting and solution-oriented attitude
