- You would be a part of a growing and dynamic team
- You need to manage various payroll and human resource tasks
- Ensure the processes are reflect the Hungarian policies and law
- Coordinate administrative work around joiners
- Manage employment fluctuation
- Drive the necessary activities with contracts, cafeteria packages
- Liaise with Central European HR department
- Accurately keys all payroll related data necessary to process the monthly payrolls (multiple countries) and meets appointment schedules
- Contacts clients daily to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions and to set schedules
- Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote the company’s quality service image
Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:30
Elvárás
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Hungarian payroll experience
- Client focused
- Open minded and enthusiastic attitude
