Our International Client is looking for a PART TIME Senior Administrative Assistant.
The main mission of the Assistant is to organise and optimise the work of the Budapest office by providing administrative support, within the framework of General Services.
Assistant Responsibilities: - Assisting the Managing Director and team members - Planning and coordinating travels - Preparing general, financial and scientific (PowerPoint) presentations - Scanning of invoices - Developing Corporate reporting (financial, production, HR) - Coordinating and preparing meetings, seminars and events - Overseeing local archiving - Liaise with Local IT provider if interventions are necessary - Liaise with our accounting person at TMF for scanning and shipping of accounting documents
General Services: - Welcome and directing visitors - Receiving and sending e-mail - Ordering and tracking courier/express logistics - Making restaurant/taxi bookings - Filing & Office space organization - Managing and maintenance of kitchen area and coffee machine and supply - Managing paper and IT supplies and consumables
- Min. 10 years of previous work experience in similar position - A flair for writing and flawless spelling in English and Hungarian - Sense of organisation/coordination, discipline and self-motivation - Ability to meet high quality standards and deadlines
