- act as country contact manager for specific partner countries,
- run the operation of Financial Accounting and Payables in the Business Support Centre according to the agreed business levels with all partners of the managed functional area,
- ensure adequate reporting and risk management and intensive communication with external stakeholders,
- develop direct reports, to fulfill their roles both professional and people management side,
- ensure business communication is delivered on all level of the managed functional area,
- act as budget holder of the area.
Budapest, this position includes also occasional international business trips.

- proven experience in management of operational processes covering the areas of Financial accounting, Network accounting and/or Purchase-to-Pay, with demonstrable record of managing these functions for an international company in a BSC;
- appr. 10 years work experience, including 4-5 years experience in people management;
- experience in being part of a Shared Service Management team is advantage;
- university or college degree, preferably in economics;
- project management experience is an advantage;
- fluent English is a must; one more European language on fluent level is an advantage.
