- management of resources and quality through all Service Lines,
- development and implementation of strategy in regards to employees and their competencies according to the business strategy,
- planning and development of transition activities in regards to organizational changes,
- compliance on the agreed service levels, quality targets and customer satisfaction indexes,
- ensure operational and management reporting for quality purposes.
- minimum 5 years experience in the related field,
- fluent knowledge in spoken and written German and English,
- understanding of ITIL processes, SLA&OLA,
- excellent communication and leadership skills,
- strong customer orientation.
