Operations Manager

Key Tasks:

• Manage manuacturing process and function to
• Maximise capacity
• Ensure product profitability
• Ensure Quality
• Manange the operations plan
• Introduce lean management
• Manage effective staffing (cost and skill effective)
• Manage the maintenance of the production facilities (internal or external)
• Contribute to and support the leadership team

Requirements:

• Education:Masters/ Bachelor degree
• At least 5 years experience of operations at the Management level
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Lean Management experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Understanding of maintenance
• Leadership and Management
