-Respond to customer inquiries concerning software, applications and network -Provide immediate customer assistance for emergency and urgent fixes as defined in service definition -Escalate customer issues unsolved at Level 2 -Document and log contacts and actions into database -Follow customer issues through to completion to ensure resolution
-At least 2 years of experience in a similar role -Fluent English is a must -Willing to work in multiple shifts -Flexible, fast and accurate personality -Good organizational skills and an ability to prioritize -Great interpersonal skills -Accuracy and attention to details
