Role is for an Officer Manager.

Role does not involve any secretarial duties but duties are diverse and ad hoc:
- Opening incoming post
- Outgoing post - mainly issuing/completing special delivery stickers
- Answer main office phone
- Receiving visitors (taking upstairs, offering drink etc)
-Preparing meeting rooms for meetings (making sure tidy etc)
- Arranging lunches for external meetings and delivering to room, making sure they have everything they need
- Ordering Stationery
- Ad hoc office admin requests
- Being point of contact for repair/maintenance visitors
- Reporting building faults/problems
- Recruitment -
- Employment letters
- Recording holiday
- Recording of sickness
