Norwegian At Your Service Assistant
Our client operates a network of Business Support Centers around the world that support their global operations and customers and is seeking qualified candidates for the Business Support Center in Budapest. Feladatok:
Customer Service and Support: - providing first line support to the Site Manager, vendors and other customers to ensure flawless operation for European Retail Sites - answering incoming telephone calls & SAP mails and faxes from European Retails Sites and vendors
Problem resolution: - responsible for resolving and logging the forwarded issues in SAP and provide feedback through SAP and other systems - assessing the criticality of the issue and deciding of the appropriate follow up action - advising on business procedures and end-to-end processes
Root cause analysis: - root cause analysis of reason for calls and implementation of measure to decrease the overall number of calls - the successful candidate will gain cross functional knowledge over different departments and teams and has to engage with the different teams Elvárások:
- Proficiency in English and Norwegian - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Very well organized & process oriented - Confidence in using different systems - Customer service skills - Good analytics (logical thinking and numerical skills) - Good interpersonal skills / team player - Problem solving Amit kínálunk:
