- During the lifecycle of an Incident a SME needs to be available to drive Incident resolution.
- Providing the technical lead on the customer contract
- Externally Facing the OPM SME is also deeply involved in CHM and PRM process.
Requirements
- university or college degree
- Cisco CCNA
- Cisco CCNP is an advantage
- ITIL
- professional experience in managing and developing customer networks
- deep knowledge in troubleshooting and incident solving
- ability to work in a team
- very good communication skills dealing with service partners
- quick to learn and to transfer knowledge - Willingness for Call on Duty service
- proactivity
- quality awareness
- willingness to do on-call-duty outside business hours
- fluent English
