Multilingual Purchase to Pay Team Leader
A Business Support Centre in Budapest handling Financial Transaction Processing, Customer Service and Database activities is currently looking for a new colleague to lead and support the Purchase to Pay team. All of his/her activities will be aimed at maintaining and improving the satisfaction of the partner and ensuring meeting the SLA. Feladatok:
- Ensuring processing and booking invoices(PO and non PO), travel expenses and petty cash in time - Coordinating and supervising the month end, quarter end and year end close activities - Making regular and ad hoc reports such as KPI, status report, lost call reports… - Supporting the work of assistants and specialists, solving the escalated problems, and escalating problems with solution proposals to the supervisor - Communicate regularly with the partner and suppliers, maintaining good relationships to ensure quality work - Ensures resource allocation to work in an effective way - Helping in keeping the processes up to date – tracking and documenting all the changes - Helping the work of the supervisor with his/her work and feedbacks, working independently - Checking the performance of his/her team continuously and organizing 1:1 meetings and mentoring - Supporting process transfers and recruitment process Elvárások:
- Thorough knowledge of Purchase to Pay procedures, at least 3 years of working in the field - Minimum 1,5 years of professional experience in a leadership position - Collage degree specialized in economics and accounting - Partner oriented and precise, problem solving focused work - Advanced knowledge of one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French - Intermediate English knowledge is also essential - MS Office, thorough Excel knowledge Amit kínálunk:
