Metal department leader

Our client is a producer of illuminated advertising signs. The company's product range includes a wide variety of signs for interior and exterior applications in different sizes, materials and technologies and design. The company is looking for a skilled and experienced Metal department leader.

Feladatok:

- To manage the production in order to costumer satisfaction
- To supervise a team of 20-25 people
- To monitor production performance and capacity
- To optimize the production
- To organize the work of the subordinates
- Position reports to the General Manager

Elvárások:

- Technical education (higher education degree is an advantage)
- Production experience in welding area
- Former leadership experience
- Good English knowledge
- Excellent organizational skill
- Proactive way of thinking
- Willingness to improve
