Medical Advisor - Metabolics
Our innovative Pharmaceutical assignor is looking for a medical professional to join their medical affairs department.
Main duties/responsibilities:
To maintain/develop a good level of scientific knowledge within Pharma therapeutic areas
Leading and developing the Local Medical strategy and Medical activities for the products in accordance to internal and external regulations
Therapeutic Area and/or product specific Medical training
Management of internal and external relationships within area of responsibility
Ensuring consistency of Medical content and scientific messages across various tools and materials
To assist in obtaining regulatory and ethics approvals, when requested.
To liaise with the relevant drug safety department and the Medical Responsible in the management of serious adverse events and SAEs, and assure appropriate action is taken at the trial site in accordance with the appropriate Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conventions and instructions and applicable local regulations.
To maintain and develop PC skills required to work efficiently.
To promote and maintain effective communication with all interfaces and represent CM in interdepartmental process improvement initiatives (see above).
To proactively interface with other departments to promote compliance with policies, procedures, regulations etc
Other additional responsibilities may be assigned, as appropriate.
Principal qualifications/experience required
Degree in Medicine
At least 1 year experience as a Medical Advisor/Liaison/Manager (medical writing skills, expert panel conduct, symposium and workshop management, KOL management)
Experience in relevant therapeutic areas (Metabolic care, Cardiology) is a plus
Understanding of drug development process.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hungarian as mother tongue
Sound PC usage skill (Word, Excel, PPT, Lotus)
Driving licence „B”
