Mainframe Integration Consultant

Our client, a multinational company offers custom software development and various other IT solutions. There are a couple hundred employees at the Hungarian division, with ambitious growth plan for the upcoming years.

Location:

Budapest

Responsibilities:

• Review the current webMethods based Mainframe Integration solution
• Determine what Shadow DataDirect implementation will be used for modernization
• Design the new solution, prepare the Design document for review
• Develop and implement the new design
• Create the required custom code and scripts if necessary
• Deploy the solution and perform webMethods ESB integration testing
• Continuous status reporting

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of mainframe related experience, preferably in a similar role
• Experience with either Shadow DataDirect, or webMethods solutions (preferably Shadow or both)
• SQL knowledge
  
• Good command of the English language both oral and written
• Analytical thinking and result oriented attitude
• Excellent documentation skills
• BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent
