Level 2 German IT Helpdesk
- Handle and resolve the tickets created by the Service Desk/Contact Center
- Perfoming floor walk activities on the Traiding floor and supporting clients with their IT related issues
- Managing incident
- Problem management and change management activities.
- Installation, administration, and maintenance of complex Windows-based clients.
- Support for BlackBerry and other mobile devices.
- Support for virtual clients (Citrix - Virtual Trader)
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Knowledge of Windows XP (Windows 7 in future) and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Virtualization (Citrix XENapp, XENdesktop)
- Knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure
- Excellent customer relationship skills
