Level 2 German IT Helpdesk Specialist

For our multinational partner we are looking for a
Level 2 German IT Helpdesk

  • Handle and resolve the tickets created by the Service Desk/Contact Center
  • Perfoming floor walk activities on the Traiding floor and supporting clients with their IT related issues
  • Managing incident
  • Problem management and change management activities.
  • Installation, administration, and maintenance of complex Windows-based clients.
  • Support for BlackBerry and other mobile devices.
  • Support for virtual clients (Citrix - Virtual Trader)
Job Requirements:
  • Advanced English and German language skills
  • Knowledge of Windows XP (Windows 7 in future) and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Virtualization (Citrix XENapp, XENdesktop)
  • Knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • On-call availability outside of normal service hours
  • Goal-oriented, team-centric and communicative
