Our client

Our client is a major financial service provider. Thanks to the expansion we are looking for a talented and dynamic Lease Administrator to their Real Estate Services team.


- Compliance with CASP requirements from a landlord/tenant point of view (classification, reviews, SDN checks, etc.) across the Region
- Ensuring EMEA lease abstracts in REMS/REALM are accurate, complete and up-to-date
- Processing rent, landlord demands, real estate tax demands, insurance, etc.
- Ensuring transactors are aware of upcoming lease breaks/options/reviews on a timely basis
- Managing lease related accounting (rent smoothing, restoration obligations, embedded FX derivatives, sub-lease loss reserve accounting, etc.)
- Performing proofs of lease related balance sheet accounts
- Assist in audit and compliance efforts for CRS EMEA
- Develop and deliver training and guidance on current Lease Administration standards, as well as the training required to meet region-specific requirements and practices
- Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor
- Sub-tenant billing & collections activity (includes creating invoices, getting approvals, performing accounting, tracking late payments, creating bad debt provisions, etc.)


- Bsc. or Msc. degree
- 2-3 years of similar professional experience within a cross-cultural team environment
- International work experience or having participation in international student program is a must
- Experience of working in international environment
- Fluent English language knowledge is a must
- Good IT background in areas such as MS Office. Confident working with large datasets
- Excellent follow-up skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong team-orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical skills
- Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet processing deadlines
- Ability to be productive and accurate in a high-stress environment and meet stringent deadlines
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with sensitivity to senior management, time frames and regulatory-driven deliverables
- Advanced skills in the main MS Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus


- Lease related US GAAP knowledge
