Our client, a well-known global manufacturer in the tobacco industry, is currently looking for a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join their HR team in Szigetszentmiklós.
-Manage the learning and development programmes -Plan and schedule training programmes -Identify the potential skills needed for the future business plan and plan for appropriate action -Deliver and design learning courses -Keep abreast with changes and introduce new L&D methods and methodologies -Web based and blended training program management -Submit weekly and monthly reports on learning activities -Periodically evaluate the training delivery to measure the training effectiveness
-College or university degree (HR specialization is a plus) -Minimum 3 years of experience gained in a similarly complex L&D role in a manufacturing company -Fluency in English is a must (advanced or upper-intermediate level both in oral and written form) -Excellent communication and coordination skills -Result oriented, strategic thinking approach -Proactive, dynamic, ambitious personality -Eager to develop and face challenges, openness to innovation
