Job description

  • Perform complete, stringent and timely Human Capital Management related administrative tasks in areas of Training Administration (Learning Solution) and understand its linkage to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Performance Management/Compensation;
  • Administer and update and Learning Catalogue based on request of Group Functions or Divisional Training Departments
  • Administer and manage course enrolments for learners
  • Manage invitations, reminders and follow-up on courses and attendance
  • Roll-out e-learnings and manage reminders for learners
  • Prepare and provide various Training-related reports and status updates for HR professionals and Training Owners for Group Function and Divisional Training Departments
  • Act as point of contact to Group Functions and Global Training Departments for Training related inquiries;
  • Support employee inquiries on usage of various Learning-tools, such as e-learnings and self-service portal;
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the company’s HR community in SAP HR and also support global HR process initiatives globally;

Job requirements

  • College or university degree
  • 0-2 year of experience in administrative role and/or SSC
  • We are also looking for application of fresh graduates
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Computer literacy - SAP knowledge is advance
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Interest in HR field
