The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and developing applications of Lotus Domino/Notes for internal end users. |

| Duties: |
|
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and developing applications of Lotus Domino/Notes for internal end users.
• Provide Business Analysis and Systems Engineering support for IT Service Management Transfor-mation project and operational teams.
• Capture requirements, Perform system analysis to define and validate system requirements,
• Design and specify the system architecture and Provide Systems analysis and design.
• The candidate should be able to understand technical & business requirements to assess feasibility and applicability for the business transformation.
• This role requires someone who has experience in developmentproject environments and can work in-dependently, has good oral and written communication and is organized.
• This is a hybrid role, so the ability to handle administrative, business analysis and systems engineering activities is critical to success in this role.
• Also, a basic understanding of financial concepts is beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL v3 concepts and im-plementation is a bonus. Previous experience service management would be a benefit. |

| Requirements, skills: |
|
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
At least 3 years experience in business analysis
At least 3 years experience in system engineering
At least 5 years experience in IT service management
At least 3 years experience in project management
Certified in Project Management
Certified in ITIL at least foundation level
Certified in Prince2 or Lean
English: Fluent |
