IT System Supporter

On behalf of our multinational client, we are looking for a new team member in the following position.

Task:

- 2nd and 3rd level support of business specific and infrastructure applications for external and internal clients
- Ensure the smooth working of applications, perform updates and version changes on Windows or Linux platform
- Make migrations, correct errors, fulfil requests
- Performance tuning
- Cooperation with the German colleagues

Requirements:

- University or college degree in IT field, or relevant work experiences
- Intermediate German and at least basic English language skills
- Basic knowledge in server/client/network architectures, components
- Practice in script writing
