To lead IT teams of 20 people providing administrative and systems support to internal and external customers. |

| Duties: |

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supporting, motivating and evaluating team members
• Working as part of a management team in an international environment
• Communicating with multiple organizations, Business Partners and customers
• IT service management for customer accounts |

| Requirements, skills: |
|
Required:
• University grade, preferably in subject of IT, electronics or telecommunication
• Min 5 years working experience in IT support in a commercial environment
• Experience with people management
• Project Management experience
• Service Delivery orientation
• Experience with IT Service Management according to ITIL methodology
• Experience in a fast paced growing business environment with multiple customers
• Very high interpersonal abilities
• Organized, structured approach
• English and Hungarian: Fluent |
