For the Hungarian organisation we are looking for an
IT Specialist / Customer service
(for a definite period)
who, reporting to the Head of IT would be responsible for providing support and consultancy in all IT related issues for Bayer HealthCare, Bayer CropScience, Bayer Material Science and Bayer Country Platform Divisions.
Tasks:
- Acting as the main point of contact for helpdesk functions towards our customers
- Contributes to users problems solution
- Act as a team member for our international virtual teams
- Contributes to the deployment of changes in software installed on PCs
- Contributes to the efficient e-mail and client/server application operations
- IT equipment / service management and administration
- IT consultancy and support
- Security management
Requirement:
- Minimum Master degree (IT/engineering)
- 5 years of hands-on responsibility within IT department (primarily Service Desk)
- Advanced IT Help Desk skills (Help Desk incident and problem management, 1st and 2nd line Customer Support technics, installing, troubleshooting, workaround, hardware and software maintenance incl. notebooks, pcs, printers, scanners, ipads, etc.)
- Advanced IT Workplace skills (Microsoft client & server technologies, MSOffice2010, MSOutlook, Sharepoint 2010)
- Solid IT Network skills (LAN, IP-networking, WAN, Web/Internet technologies)
- Excellent troubleshooting, resolution and decision making skills
- Excellent communications and people skills (heavy on the customer service side)
- English advanced
- Certificates and Licenses would be an advantage: MCP/MCSE/MCSA, ITIL
- Must have a noticeable sense of urgency, be self-starter, thrive at multi-tasking, finish what gets started, and be able to work independently
- Experience in international environment would be as an advantage
