Tasks: Interns are given the opportunity to work on systems such as our enterprise portal, wireless access, or components of our many trading and risk reporting systems using various technologies such .NET, JSP, Java Servlets and SOAP. Examples of projects available include the following:


  • Enhancement of JAXB2 Infrastructure Application

  • C# application to process XML documents in Microsoft Excel

  • Creation of dynamic messaging tool within notification system, self discovery alerting tool for IP addresses

  • Infrastructure application to identify SAN service times

  • Implementation of new features within Real Time Data Management Framework

    • Qualifications/skills:

  • You have excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills, as well as a good command of the English language

  • You have undergraduate or graduate training (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics and other related technical majors

  • While a demonstrated interest in technology essential, experience in the financial services sector is not required

  • Competency in at least one programming language - C++, Java or C#, .NET

  • Basic scripting language knowledge is an advantage (Perl, Python, Shell)

  • Understanding of Linux/Unix and/or Windows operating system
