Purpose of this job:
IT Coordinator will provide 1st Level (telephone and e-mail) support for IT related issues to all users (Lawyers and Business service employees). Attempts to resolve or escalate a wide ranging number of issues.

Key Dimensions:

  • Following agreed procedures, provides advice to users on systems, products and services which are available to them.
  • Responds to requests for support by providing information to enable problem resolution and promptly allocates unresolved calls as appropriate.
  • Provides an effective interface between users and service providers, including external commercial suppliers where applicable. This interface includes documenting problems, progress checking, and ensuring all diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis.
  • Assists users in making more effective use of desktop systems, products and services. Makes initial diagnosis of any problems and advises known solutions where applicable.
  • Provides information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities etc.
  • Interprets technical or procedure manuals on behalf of non-technical users and provides routine training in normal usage of systems, products and services, providing information on the full range of capabilities.
  • Working in a shift pattern covering the hours of 8am to 8pm.

Requirements:

  • Upper Intermediate English knowledge is a must (Slovakian or Czech is advantage)
  • Microsoft Windows 2003 & 2008 Admin tools
  • Active directory Administration
  • MS Office Skills
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 / Blackberry
  • Desktop Hardware
  • Networking Fundamentals
