* AP Helpdesk related activities * Handling incoming calls and e-mails with local languages in the topics of AP inquiries * Internal issue resolution support between Finance SSC and In country/ other SSC Departments * Open Item management on sub-ledger accounts * Active follow-up of open items in workflow * Active follow-up of open item on vendor accounts * Pro-active issue resolution based on experiences and process knowledge
* Excellent English and Italian or French or German language * Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills * Excellent communication skill * A university or college degree in Economics is an advantage * AP related experice is an advantade
